Tiny Layer Lab — Custom Print Policy

Submitting a form is a request for feasibility review and quotation. It is not a confirmed order, a guarantee that TLL will accept the project, an instant-price purchase or a commitment to begin production. We may contact you for clarification. TLL may decline a request that is not printable, suitable, safe, permitted or practical.

A quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise. After 30 days, TLL may revise it because of changes in filament, materials, consumables or production costs. Changes requested by the customer may also require a revised quotation.

A custom project may involve manual design time, 3D modelling, image preparation, software or platform usage, design-generation or model-conversion credits, and other digital production costs. These costs may occur before printing begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, a project includes up to two reasonable revision rounds before printing begins. An entirely new concept or major redesign may require a revised quote. Once you approve the final design and printing starts, no further revisions or design changes can be made. Please review the design carefully before approval.

Where applicable, TLL will provide a design or preview for approval. Approval means you accept that design for printing, and production may begin immediately after approval.

• Before a design has been created and submitted for approval: you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, subject only to any separately agreed non-refundable charges.
• After a design has been created and submitted for approval, but before your approval: TLL retains a 10% design and cancellation fee and refunds 90%. The 10% covers design work, manual effort and software or model-generation credits already consumed.
• After you approve the final design: the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable because production may begin immediately.
• After printing has started: there is no cancellation refund and no further design change can be made.

Personalized miniatures are artistic representations. TLL cannot guarantee an exact photographic replica. Results may vary because of the chosen style, scale, FDM-printing process, available colours, printability and the quality of reference images.

Layer lines, surface variations, minor dimensional variation, seams, support marks, colour or finish differences, and differences between a digital preview and physical object are normal characteristics of FDM printing and are not automatically defects.

You are responsible for supplying accurate measurements and disclosing any fit or tolerance requirements. TLL does not provide an engineering or precision guarantee unless this is specifically agreed and tested.

Unless expressly agreed, custom prints are not assumed to be certified for life safety, medical use, load-bearing structural use, automotive safety, electrical safety-critical use, food contact, children's safety-critical use, or another regulated or safety-critical application. You must disclose all safety and functional requirements.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use submitted photographs, logos, artwork, characters, STL or 3MF files, models, designs and reference images. TLL may refuse a request where rights are unclear. Submitting a file does not transfer ownership to TLL.

If other people appear in submitted photographs, you confirm that you have their permission.

Marketing use is optional. TLL will display or use customer images or finished creations only when the customer gives explicit marketing consent. Without consent, there will be no promotional display. Declining consent does not affect your ability to order.

A purchase covers the physical product unless otherwise agreed. Digital files are not automatically included and may be shared case by case. The decision may depend on the creation method, third-party rights, software or licensing restrictions, TLL production or proprietary elements, and other project conditions.

TLL may retain working files for up to 30 days after completion or closure to support a possible reprint. After that period, files may be deleted. Reprints are subject to current pricing, material and printer availability, production capacity and any required modifications. A previous price is not guaranteed.

Production times are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Revisions, approval delays, print failures, material availability, printer capacity, complexity, finishing and delivery may affect timing. TLL will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Delivery arrangements and charges are confirmed separately. UAE-wide delivery may be available. International delivery is available only when specifically agreed.

Contact TLL Support with photographs and relevant reference information. TLL will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. This does not cover a change of mind after an approved custom product has been manufactured.
